About: Ricardo Alves de Sousa (São Paulo, 7th October, 1977) has obtained BSc and MSc degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Porto in 2000 and 2003, respectively, being awarded as the top ten student of the 2000 class in Mechanical Engineering. In 2006, obtained the PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Aveiro, Portugal. In 2011, received the international scientific ESAFORM prize for outstanding contributions in the field of material forming.

About: Miguel António Martins (Coimbra, 24th November, 1987) received his Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2011 from the University of Aveiro. After obtaining his degree, he joined the SPIF-A project team led by Dr. Ricardo Sousa. He remained at the University for three years working as a researcher in the field of Incremental Forming and Automation
